Terms & Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Thera-Sea would like to be as flexible as possible during these uncertain times.
Unfortunately due to being a small business we are unable to offer refunds.
If Thera-Sea has to reschedule a retreat for any reason you will be reallocate to the next available dates that suit you or you can rebook on to any other suitable retreat this year or next.
If you are unable to attend due to illness or having to self isolate, we are unable to offer a refund so recommend getting insurance.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
Please make sure that you make Thera-Sea aware of any medical conditions or injuries that you have prior to the start of any retreats.
COVID-19:
We are monitoring the situation with COVID- 19 closely and the safety of our guests is paramount. If the information from the Government and Public Health England changes and we have to cancel any of our retreats you will be offered first priority on the next available dates.
To ensure social distancing is possible at all times we have limited our retreats to 12 people per retreat and each shared room to a maximum of 2 people.
The venue is receiving a deep clean in between each change over. Please note this may change times of the retreats due to the extra time the deep clean takes. Hand gel will be provided and also disposable paper towels.
We are keeping the bedrooms to a maximum of two people sharing and each bed is easily more than 2 meters apart from one another.
The workshops take place outside but we will ask people to wear face masks if these have to take place inside due to the weather conditions.
All of our instructors will ensure all activities will abide by strict social distance guidelines.
We ask any participant taking part in the retreat to not attend if they are showing any signs or symptoms of Covid-19. We recommend taking out insurance 2 weeks prior to the retreat to cover yourself, which is an average cost of £20.
Thera-Sea have prepared a full risk assessment of every aspect of the retreats and will keep updating this accordingly.
