THERA-SEA RETREATS
~ Reconnecting to what keeps us well.

It’s not just about activity and adventure
What truly sets Thera-Sea apart from other adventures is the educational twist and practical advice shared by company founder Katy Griffin.
Thera-Sea does not believe in quick fix solutions for such complex issues. Instead, Katy has combined her 13 years of clinical experience, personal experience, scientific research and case histories to present a broad perspective workbook for participants which is delivered via the retreats. The workshops are uplifting and informative which allows the participants to advance their own awareness and skills set around mental health as well as the people around them.

Her approach to health and well-being harnesses the power of positive behaviours, equipping clients with tools they need to apply these to their daily routine whist reconnecting with the natural environment. Activity Leader | Mark
From an early age Mark has been passionate about outdoor activities and the ocean. He has worked all over the world teaching people to enjoy their natural environment. Mark is a multi-qualified, highly experienced and active practitioner in both land and water sports, delivering coaching in several disciplines such as Coasteering, Sea Survival, SUP, Team Building and Bushcraft.
Pitmaster | Adam
Adam specialises in smoked meats and veggies, using an array of different outdoor cooking techniques with an Aussie twist. BBQs can bring out the primitive nature in all of us: The Aussie BBQ is about sharing and having a great excuse to bring people together, from vegetarians to full-on carnivores. No matter the weather.
