Thera-Sea is passionate about delivering stress management to everyone. We can provide tailor made courses anywhere in the UK for groups of 15+

If you do not live near the ocean we can provide our courses in any ‘blue space’ including lakes, rivers and reservoirs.

Thera-Sea is able to deliver this course to various groups including:
